Today, I was at the extremely crowded gym when someone came up behind me and shouted in my ear scaring the living shit out of me. I jump into a karate pose in front of everyone. No one was behind me. It was a new song starting on my headphones. A trainer asked me if I needed an ambulance. FML

Hahahahaha that totally almost happens to me a bunch when I'm driving and the song has sirens in it (there's one in particular that I can't think of). I always think it's the cops, which is weird because I'm a pretty good driver and knock on wood I've never been pulled over.

I've actually done that before. Not with a karate pose, but I've done the jump and spin around bit. :) They won't remember when you go in next time.
