Today, I received news from the lawyer of my now late grand aunt that I was cutoff her will. Mom apparently didn't like the idea, made some angry phone calls, and later, happily told me that I was put back. I had myself removed because I was about to inherit the debts! FML

You can relax; you don't inherit debts. Debts must be paid from the deceased's estate; if there is insufficient money to pay creditors, that's all they get - they can't come after you. You won't get an inheritance, however you might receive a few items of sentimental but no monetary value, if that's been specified in the will.
