Today, I realized that no matter how happy or positive I am, my best friend degrades me in front of everyone for being so negative. It's a daily thing. FML

If you are unable to laugh off your best friend's comments, you probably would be better off seeking new friendships. Have a frank discussion with your friend about how their comments make you feel, and if there is no improvement, you might need to let the relationship cool a bit.
