Today, I got my first summer job at a sleep away camp. I talked to a couple of friends that got hired for the same position and they told me they were getting paid more than $200 more than me a week. FML

Have your friends worked there before? If so, that's why they're getting paid more- prior experience and no need to train them. If not, it sounds like it could be discrimination and you may need to bring it up with someone.
