Today, I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and developed a cold. Now whenever I sneeze or cough it feels like bloody murder in my mouth.

I feel your pain. I had my wisdom teeth removed when I was a teenager (many years ago) and was fine that night, but the next morning woke up with the worst cold ever. Removing your wisdom teeth apparently messes with your sinuses, which is why I had these symptoms and probably why you had them as well. Feel better soon.
