just shave, if it get irritated use moisturizing lotion. if you really don't wanna shave, at the very least wear pants and make the effort to cover it up. no on likes to see mens hairy chest, neither do they wanna see hairy legs on women

No one likes a hairy chest on a man? Really? Tell that to the millions of people who do and find it manly and attractive. Also, lotion is not a cure-all. Some people's irritation can't be solved by a lotion; sometimes the lotion even makes it worse.
