Yeah that sucks, but I hope you don't see that as an excuse to leave like some idiots do. (It doesn't sound like you would, but this is just in case it crossed your mind)

Wow. Sending love and hugs your way, OP. I know it's hard, but do the best you can to stay positive (ex. if it's still early enough for either of them that doctors can do something about it).
