Today I flew all the way from Australia to Italy so I could surprise visit my sister. I walked in on her making love to her secret boyfriend . FML

I don't get why surprise visits are supposed to be nice. Even if it's someone you really want to see, now you have to rearrange everything to spend time with them and a lot of the time you can't. So you're like "Hey sis, great to see you. I have to go to work now or I'll be fired and lose my apartment, have fun watching TV," and the person visiting you is offended. Next time, call first.
