I’m amazed how many readers are interested in these comments. Usually, comments in the bottom half rarely receive more than 1 or 2 votes, but now there are already more than 130 comments and even those at the end of the list get votes. #66 (in the bottom third) got hidden due to down votes and received 6 replies, #89 (close to the end) got 12 up votes so far. This FML did hit a nerve.

guys she can't help it, and she could just be getting her feelings confused she could just really love her brother and he could also serve as a support net for her in some way, and her mind is confusing that for romantic feelings. i had a really close friend do that and once she realized it the feelings went away she is now in a very happy relationship. it's no big deal OP just think about why you have those feelings for your brother you may just be confused, I hope all goes well
