Today, I accidentally slept in. My toddler had decided to finger paint with poop all over the walls and my daughter was already late for school. Company showed up 10 minutes later. FML

I feel your pain! My daughter once fingerpainted with half a container of margerine. Be prepared for everyone blame you for it though... I got lots of "where were you!!" from everybody. It was 6am. I was asleep.

Today, my two boys decided to draw in permanent marker on the leather seats of the car I have had up for sale for 3 weeks with no interest. I call my husband to tell him we're going to have to keep it. He just made an appointment with a guy who has cash and is ready to buy it tomorrow. FML

Today, after sacrificing multiple weekends to help my kid brother with his various projects, I asked him to help me with one of mine. He nearly blew up at the thought of losing an evening of his free time on a simple task, so I postponed it to later, which means never. FML
