Unfortunately things like that aren't fixable after the final grade is entered unless the institution were to go in and change it because something the professor was unlawful or something along those lines. Although if the professor has tenor they have no real obligation to even show up and teach, they could show up and sleep through the class and not much could be done.

There's a way to fight for your grade. I don't remember who to talk to but a few people at my school did when the teacher never teached and nearly the entire class was failing. The ones that weren't almost were. Considering the circumstances you may can fight this one and win.
