Please, please get checked out medically. There is a type of inner ear disturbance that is uncommon, if not rare, but a friend of mine had it. Out of the blue, she got nausea and vertigo, and became incontinent when she had the episodes. One minor surgery later, all the symptoms gone and her life restored to normal. I would recommend ENT, but you could start with your generalist.
