Today, After a long talk and brief excitement of finding out my 19 year old girl friend is pregnant, to my dismay I found out its my 16 year old brothers. But she doesn't want to tell him and act like it's mine. FML

Age of consent in Texas is 17. There is a decent chance she committed a major crime. Also, you deserve better than to be saddled with the responsibility of raising a kid that isn't yours with a woman who would step out on you. I hope you find someone who wouldn't dare to hurt you.

Yeah, I'd be reporting her for statutory rape. Your brother isn't old enough to consent, and depending on how far along she is, he could have been fifteen when she did this.

She may not be guilty of a crime if they are less than 3 years apart (sounds like they aren't). I would not take that situation as acceptable. You should probably request a DNA test.
