Today, I saw a turtle on the road so I swerved, and hit a tree. The people behind me then hit the turtle. FML

poor turtle... but did you not pay attention in drivers ed or whatever?? don't swerve to avoid hitting an animal. I hope you're ok but you're lucky you only hurt a tree and not another person who could sue you. however I'm STILL haunted by the sound of running over a turtle... *shudders*
