Disloyal!

Today, I was at my boyfriend's house for dinner with his family. His mom cooked up a steak dinner, except that I'm a vegan, but trying to be a good girlfriend, I forced it down. Upon his mother finding out I was a vegan, she called me "disloyal to my beliefs." FML

Vegans are annoying. I never met one who didn't try to convert me by telling me how 'meat is murder' and wearing and using leather and animal products is cruel. I wonder if a present day vegans could time travel: What would they say to Jesus as he ate roasted lamb with his friends?

learn how to spell. this, and a cow doesn't really have any natural enemies left, at least not in most parts of the world. take great britain, no carnivore lives there that will attack and eat a cow. they might go after sheep, but nothing bigger. not wanting animals to get hurt is not the only reason one becomes a vegetarian or a vegan. the meat industry leaves a giant ecological footprint and takes up huge amounts of space and resources: think about all the acres of land that are needed just to produce the food for all of these animals. sometimes not eating meat is a personal economic thing. i can cook a meal for six people for ten dollars, try doing that when you want to include meat! a lot of my fellow students here stopped eating meat since it costs so much more and really adds up. anyway, i don't think you will read this or understand it, since you just called people 'retarted' for the eating habits they have...
