Today, my father told me to stop purposely singing out of tune because it was annoying. I wasn't doing it on purpose; it's my real voice. FML

Nearly all mainstream 'musicians' have made millions off of 'talent.' I wished I could get hooked up with this plan. I'd love to count to four in Spanish and call it music.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to find "musicians" in the US that actually do have talent. That's why most of what I listen to is European. They're less shallow and MUCH more talented. I can honestly count the number of American artists I listen to on one hand, with fingers left over. OP, if you're too tone deaf to realize that you can't sing, please refrain from doing so around others. I am a huge music geek, and it honestly irritates the hell out of me to hear people who think they can sing butcher songs with their off-key singing.

If you can't sing you can't sing. It's not the end of the world. If you know you can't sing--and you do now--why torture everyone. Sing in the shower. Sing in church.
