two words...leave him.
Once. Once is good. If he doesn't get it he prolly never will and you should have more respect for yourself
then you sleep with someone else
Ask him how he would feel if you slept with someone else.
Oh he gets it. you're just obviously an idiot and you believe him when he says he doesn't get it.
It's been three days? Does that mean the relationship is three days old and he already cheated on you? I'm not normally the one to say 'dump him/her', because I understand that there might be other factors, but seriously, OP, dump him. It's only going to get worse, and the excuse of "I don't understand" won't be as light of an excuse after years together, while fighting, and an STD because of his infidelity.
Unless you are in a polygamous relationship, (which I doubt hence the FML), he shouldn't just go around sleeping with anyone. There isn't anything wrong with a polygamous relationship, but both parties need to know that they are in one, not just one partner. For all of you who said YDI, really? OP was cheated on and your reaction is YDI? How easy it must be to have such simple, easy lives
Oh sweetie. He gets it. He really does. I think you're the one who doesn't get it. He's a cheater and he's hoping you're stupid enough to put up with it.

I would be curious to know what HIS definition of cheating is.
