Today, to ask a boy I really liked to my school's turnabout dance, I gave him a box full of 10 cupcakes that spelled out T-U-R-N-A-B-O-U-T-?. The boy gave the box back a little later. There were two cupcakes left inside. It said N-O. FML

Why would that make her weird, I think it's really nice. If I got asked out through cupcakes I would probably say yes just because they put so much effort in to show their affection.

If you go out on a limb like that just to ask someone out, you know you're risking all your efforts to go to waste. On the other hand, the polite thing for him to do was to just give you all the cupcakes back and say no, not eat most of them first :/ And for future reference, I think sweets are a better bribe for women, not always for men...
