I really don't see how this is an FML. It's not as bad as everyone things. Besides, maybe she's not emo, but Scene... People get those confused alot. Besides, she's your daughter and you should love her no matter what "click" she's in

if you're meaning emo as in the style then please, shut the **** up. Every child goes through fazes its a part of growing up and establishing your own style. I'm sure your parents didn't particularly care for what your style was at a certain time in your life. However, if you mean emo as in, legit depressed and or suicidal then you fail as a parent for even thinking this was FML worthy and might as well give her away. Have a grand day.

This post almost made me turn "emo" because of how difficult it was to open on my iPod.

You can't turn emo just like you can't turn gay you idiot!

So what if she turned scene? Scene is the proper term. Emo is a type of music. I mean, you can't tell her what she can and can't be. Let her be her own person. And being scene isn't always cutting, so quit being stereotypical about that. In fact, scene kids are happy most of the time. Get your heads out of your asses and accept she's now this way.

Tell your daughter that the emo thing is over. If she's cutting herself, don't call her "Emo" bring her to a ******* psychologist. If she's calling herself Emo, then she's a loser.
