The vitamin supplament store is not a doctor's surgery.
I think it's time to find a new doctor.
you should try it before knocking it. everyone laughs and says bleh that doesn't work then goes and takes a pill that the side effects are death and loss of limb. idk what's wrong with this country. why don't u try it and if it doesn't work then make fun of it. extreme vitamin use has been used to treat even cancer.
Ahh yes, flu medications with coughing, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, fever and sore throat as the side effects. Or my favorite, antidepressants that cause thoughts of suicide, anxiety, and sudden death. But the pharmaceutical company that made it said its good for me! They wouldn't lie/exaggerate to push a product, never! :P
I'm on anti-anxiety and depression meds and I'm A LOT better than I was before them. The doctors know they have these side effects, but they prescribe them because they believe the benefits outweigh the risks.
vitamins used to treat cancer? that doesnt sound right. vitamins can cause cancer to get worse...theyre responsible for increasing function and protecting the cell, not destroying it. im not saying its impossible, but i havent heard of it, and some random person referencing it isnt going to make it true.
Antidepressants do not cause suicide. There was a study done with depressed teens who took antidepressants - their suicide rate went SLIGHTLY up. Why? Because the "body" feels better before the "mind", so that they have enough energy to commit suicide before their mood improves. So, there you go --> black box warning. Physicians too scared to prescribe antidepressants. And what happened when the prescription rate of antidepressants went down??? SUICIDE RATES INCREASED. Know the story - not the 20 second commercial.
Retinoic acid (vitamin A) to treat acute promyelocytic leukemia. Everything is a balance!
hahaha he's cool.
He was cooler in the original post. This one is edited, boo.
Love your doctor. Next time, bring him a live chicken to pay the bill. Bet he'd dig it.
HAHAHA... good one ;)
what a nice guy!

hippie doctor....
Did he drive up in a fried-out combie? From the hippie trail, head full of zombie? He's probably right about the vitamins -- it's good to see there are some doctors out there who are not in the pocket of Big Pharma . . . or, for that matter, Big Shoe ;)
