It's policy, they have to use there lights and sirens when a police investigation is underway.
That's terrible fyl
WHAT THE HELL KINDA SHIT IS THAT?!? Wow...cops now a days!
OP never said the cop was white.
I'm not sure its a racist thing actually. In some states, if not all, its illegal to have your front windows tinted to dark, no matter what race you are. Legally a cop has to be able to see you. They have this law so they can identify a driver, such as in a kidnapping or a car chase. Its also for instances such as when you run a red light and the light takes your picture. Basically so they can identify you.I have known several people get pulled over for this same reason. People of a variety of races, including Caucasian people. Usually people get sent away with a warning. OP didn't say he got a ticket, so I am assuming that he also got sent away with a warning to get it fixed. If the officer was really racist, he would of found a reason to ticket OP.
I'm sorry but…LOL
Assuming you weren't speeding or anything...what was he going to do if there actually wasn't anybody driving? "Oh... Okay... Uh, carry on." *leaves*
police academy in real live???
*little kid screaming* THAT'S RACIST!
