She says "rare good sex", so I'm guessing she doesn't lie like a lump under her husband. So either they are horribly mismatched--quite the possibility--or he is indeed gay, so he would be bored having sex with a woman. It wouldn't be the first time a gay man married a woman because he was deeply in denial. He could also be asexual or minimally sexual and not really like having sex; such people exist. Either way, OP and her husband need counseling to try to get to the root of the problem and if that doesn't work, a divorce so they can find more suitable partners.
