They have colonies? Might as well bunch them all together so they're not roaming the streets in normal neighborhoods.

Most of the time there are towels around to cover up with in that situation. It's common around the pool area (where boners happen most cuz ppl are lounging out sometimes suggestively) for them to hop in the pool so it's harder for anybody to notice.
