Sounds you got a massage from an attractive woman, where is the FML?
don't worry, it's a normal reaction and woman in the healthcare field are taught to expect it.
You know, #50 is right on the spot. You think being something like a plastic surgeon would be cool, but you see so many naked people that it all just loses it's effect. She could care less about your erection. Since she was an intern you should have taught her how to relieve the "symptoms".
Ahem... Guys can get an erection very easily. A bit of stimulation down there can do it. Kissing can do it. Drinking alcohol can do it. It doesn't mean guys are perverts, the body is just configured to react like this to certain inputs. Girls see their nipples get hard when it's cold, and nobody says this makes them perverts. It's really a natural thing, and it doesn't mean the guy is excited or even wants to have sex. A few guys can control it however. And some guys can hardly get an erection. But for most of the guys, the body just reacts no matter what the mind is thinking. I'm guessing people who post comments suggesting the OP could had controlled his erection are either females/guys with erectile dysfunctions/kids younger than 12/trolls/judgmental hypocrites.

haha wow that sucks. maybe she took it as a complement?
THat's hilarious, FYL indeed. Especially because regular doctors probably get that all the time and understand by now, but an intern might be creeped out. Ask her out later. You know she was impressed!
