Today, as I left class, I felt a tug on my rucksack from behind. Thinking it was just someone deliberately dragging me back, I struggled to let myself free and shouted, "Let go!" I looked over my shoulder just to find that one the straps was trapped in the doorhandle. Everyone was in hysterics. FML

No it doesn't. Maybe to uneducated people it does though. But it means "backpack".

Please tell me I'm not the only one who read this as 'nutsack' first. xD

oh god this isn't going to devolve into another 'american english vs. english english' debate, is it??

okay. rucksack = backpack or mochilla depending on where you're from... just chill.

I honestly read it as 'nutsack', too. "Today, as I left class I felt a tug on my nutsack from behind." My reaction: O_o WTF Haha, I'm glad I misread it. xD But, yeah, anyway, YDI for choosing to struggle if someone HAD grabbed onto your backpack (I assume rucksack means backpack). If someone were to tug on it, you should at least turn around and/or bat their hand away, not make it seem like someone was gonna kidnap you.
