Perhaps now you know to never, ever but the receiver's address in the TO: box until you're absolutely sure it can be read.

it was intended to be sent sometime
if you didn't want her to see it, why did you save it as a draft instead of a Word document, say? so you did intend for her to see it. so it's no FML. and if you're ashamed, then it's your fault for a) putting it in drafts (which you can accidentaly send) and b) for not being careful enough if it's so embarrasing.
That's why you should never enter the e-mail address when you're writing a draft. Even if you click "send" accidentally, it won't get sent anywhere, since no e-mail address has been entered. You deserved it for entering the address and press "send". Curious what happened next though :p.
