Today, I got pulled over for a busted tail light. The officer gave me a warning and told me to fix it. Ten minutes later I was pulled over again for the same busted tail light by the same cop. This time he wrote me a ticket. FML

Today, a state trooper ticketed me after learning I was ticketed for the same offense an hour earlier, namely driving with a broken headlight. The good news is that both tickets will be dismissed if I go to court. The bad news is that I'd have to go to different courthouses at the same time of day. FML

Cops just want to give tickets! They gave my teacher a ticket for parking on a street on vacation and didnt give my teachers coworker a ticket who was parked in back of her. Then when my teacher went to court, they found the mistake and made her pay for the officer wasting a ticket, on his mistake.

Did u get a fix-it ticket or just a warning the first time? Because if you were given actual paperwork u could contest the ticket easily. If its just a fix it ticket then fix it and show them and all is done with
