It's sad how people want someone's life to be worse than someone else's or want sympathy. Jus so they get the satisfaction of it : p

It seems like you have an easy solution, if you're clean, you're clean, volunteer to be tested. And be sure to treat it like you're giving them a link to a Snopes article.
