Rather simple solution, tell them what you just told us... Wtf seriously? Don't be bothered to handle a situation intelligently.. Then you can't whine about it!
Nice that they automatically assume that you're hung over. There are lots of other illnesses which could cause someone to throw up. Kind of reminds me of what happened to me once. My wife & I went out to a comedy show one night, and the next day I got sick & started vomiting. Turns out I had a stomach flu, and called in sick. My supervisor asked my coworkers how much I had to drink at the comedy show. I had only drank one beer.
Nothing is wrong with being pregnant.
