Today, I was out on a date with a guy. His hot co-worker came to have a beer with us, and I knew my best friend would think he was gorgeous. I wanted to take a picture of him without knowing, so I tried to hold up my phone and pretend to be texting. The flash went off. FML

Today, I saw a group of attractive guys at the mall. One of them looked exactly like a friend, so I decided to take a picture. Trying to be discreet, I put my phone up to my ear as if I was making a phone call, and pressed the capture button. The flash went off. FML

I'm with #122 - I've seen several things like this, and I have to wonder why, when it is somebody you're actually talking to, presumably that you are getting on with fine, you would try to sneak it. . . I get that this was embarrassing, but yeah, seriously. Just say, hey, dude, I have a friend who would think you're hot, can I take a photo of you to show her? I think I've known maybe two guys who wouldn't have liked getting a compliment like that.

Maybe you would have been better off bringing your friend with you next time you two go out for drinks OR just invite her and randomly some how you both run into each other
