Are you retarded? Honestly? If you don't want to be in a relationship with this dude, say, "I AM NO LONGER IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU. LEAVE ME THE F*CK ALONE." Then don't see him, answer his calls, talk to him...hell, get a restraining order if he tries. Morale of the story: you don't want to be there? He's got no control over it. Just LEAVE. He can't stop you without legal reprocussions in his general direction.
