Today, I went with my boyfriend to the OC Fair. He was taking a picture of me in front of a giant mechanical butterfly at the insect exhibit. Playfully, he told me to pretend to be a butterfly, so I quickly lifted my arms, just in time to slap a 7 year-old girl in the face. FML

Today, I was riding up an escalator in the mall in uncomfortable high heels. While adjusting my bag I suddenly lost my balance and began flailing wildly. In desperation I hurled forward and ended up grabbing a teenage boy's buttocks and was promptly slapped by his girlfriend. FML

Today, I finally got to see my boyfriend, after two months apart. As we hugged, he lifted me up and spun me around like in the movies. It would have been really romantic if I hadn't hit a little boy while he was riding past on his bike. I've just traumatized a little kid. FML

Today, I literally stopped traffic. I was crossing the street and a butterfly landed on me. Being phobic of butterflies, I had a panic attack in the middle of the road. Oh, and I am 17, captain of our football team, and in very good shape. My girlfriend laughed the hardest. FML

Shout out for the OC Fair. I empathize though. I was at Disneyland a few days ago and this kid ran in front of me and I nearly fell. The parents made this huge deal and acted like it was my fault for not noticing that he'd stepped in front of me. Tourists!

Maybe now the girl will know how to pay attentions to her surroundings and not walk carelessly. Yeah OP should have looked around first but, kid's gotta learn. Accidents happen, I'm sure mommy or daddy bought her an ice cream to make her feel better about being slapped.
