When in a serious relationship you DONT do stupid shit like this w/o discussing it before.
NEWSFLASH: He did not treat anyone anything. He was just making a general statement which may be true or false. Even if it is false (not saying it is) that doesn't make it discrimination.
What WOULD be sexually discriminating is accusing a particular woman of something on the basis of "women in general are that way". Here he's not accusing anyone of anything. He was just making a general statement to explain one woman's behaviour, a woman who exhibited signs that she fits his particular description of "women in general".
Sexual harassment suits from one party if the relationship works out. They will go on to blame the workplace for not protecting them against their ex out of spite & a lust for cash.
if she broke up with you because you sacrificed your job so she wouldn't get in trouble, she obviously wasn't a quality girlfriend to begin with
