Today, I waited in line at a drive-through behind a man for ten minutes. I got out of my car, cursed at him, and then asked him to give me one good reason why it would take that long to order. The man slowly explained to me that he had a stutter. FML

A similar thing happened to me except it was Hulk Hogan in the car in front of me. He got out, came over to my car and ripped the door off my car and proceeded to beat me with it. He then drop kicked me over the apartment building that was across the street.

I've worked in a drive thru. There is nothing MORE annoying than people who take forever to order and hold up the line and therefore everyone has to wait a while on their food. If someone has problems communicating, they should come inside. They can at least point to what they want, and even get their food quicker as well. I bet the employees heard you yelling at him and I bet they cheered.

No, the people working in drive-thru aren't assholes. It is usually having to work 10 hour shifts on their feet in an area that is supposed to be going quickly but isn't because some people have no common courtesy and fail to go inside when they should, that makes them cranky. Also it is dealing with customers who treat them like garbage just because they work in fast food. Hey guess what, when you go to a fast food joint and act like you are better than the people behind the counter you are the reason they work there. And to the OP, you are a jerk. If you were in a hurry and the drive-thru was backed up you should have gone inside.

I wasn't victimizing the poor man, in fact I said the OP was being a jerk. But I have regular customers who have speech impediments and they come inside everytime. But you're right the person who you commented after was being an ass.

Poor guy. I have to wait to get seated in a restaurant at minimum 30 minutes. I would be happy to wait 10 minutes. i know it's a drive thru, but still. You should have got his food, followed him, hand delivered his food, and give him a dollar for every curse you said.
