Hey, I accidentally called my English teacher "man" today. It happens.
My district manager actually prefers being called dude or bro over his actual name...makes him feel like we're more like friends.
You should've adressed him as either: boss, chief, or man. Never address your boss as dude, unless you two are super cool with each other, and they know that you're not referring to the scientific terminology of the word.
...Uhhh. I call my DM dude frequently. It's not like it's demeaning. I'm a shift lead and I've been around long enough that I realized DM's are people too.
did he say "hey bro!. you're fired"
It also sucks when you address your school principal as "Dude"
Really dude, are you an idiot?
Strange, calling your boss "elephant butt hair" usually works at getting a promotion.
