No I don't think so. I used to get hated at my old job for no reason. I think some people just do it for fun. Like, before I had my daughter, after I finished school, I landed a job at this company, and when I arrived everyone gave me weird looks and whispered. I thought it was just because I was new and thought it would go away after a while, but after a week it still happened. Some people just do random things with no intention. I'm going with FYL.
