Better that you found out sooner rather than later! If you truly love him, I would have talked to him about it and see if it was just a curiosity, whether he's actually experimented with anyone, and if he's truly happy being with you, a female. Then the next question to ask yourself... Can you accept he's curious, wants to experiment (and are you willing to participate in his "fantasies" and if so, to what extent), etc. been there before and hate to say it but usually didn't end so well for either involved
