Go to your boss's supervisor and put in a written complaint. OP you should of gotten the raise and promotion in writing before accepting it, cause now it's their word against yours.

Never act on an offer unless it is in writing from either a new or present employer. Once it's in writing if necessary you can sue for breach of contract if they refuse to carry through. However that won't likely be necessary because they know that. This was a hard learning experience.
