He was rude because he was covered in cat fur? That doesn't add up. You can't judge someone's manners by their cat hair load.

So the customer was rude for owning cats? Shockingly Op customers are allowed any pet they want regardless of your personal allergies cause shockingly the world doesnt revolve around you. I suppose you would hate me cause a animal rescue.
