I hope they find their cat (because I know I was heartbroken when my little man got out and disappeared for a couple days- he came home) but totally uncalled for whoever broke your window! A simple knock on the door asking if you've seen a cat would suffice. Sorry someone was an ass to you OP
My first thought was the cat being used as the offending weapon
Rooofffll
You should attach a note to a rock and throw it in another one of your windows saying I don't have your ****** cat! Let the thumbs downs roll in...
YDI. By meow you should have figured that they weren't kitten about it any more.
Find out who did it and have them arrested for Vandalism, Assault, and Harassment.
Go find a cat and give them their damn cat back!
A simple knock on the door would suffice...
