Today, I told my wife I had a huge Zoom interview and could not be disturbed under any circumstances. Nevertheless, she called her mom, got into a screaming argument the interviewer could clearly hear, then came into my office to cry on my shoulder. She doesn't understand why I'm furious with her. She deliberately sabotaged your efforts in getting a job. It can only go down hill from there. If this doesn’t scream major red flag vibes I don’t know what does.

she is a narcissistic drama queen who has no respect for you. big red flag.

If this is a repeating pattern of behaviour then you might want to sit down with a professional and completely re-evaluate this relationship.

If it was a girlfriend I’d say kick her out - That’s sabotage, either intentional or just stupid… With it being your wife, the real situation is more complex. If this is part of a pattern of her being an inconsiderate drama queen or sabotage of your career, then you need to take action - At least get professional counseling or in the worst case see a lawyer so you understand your options. BTW - It’s possible that your wife is jealous of your time and attention and this little “stunt” was a stupidly immature way to attempt to prove that she’s more important than your interview or job.
