Today, I was walking my friend’s dog at the park as a favor. A stranger then struck up a little conversation with me about the dog. It turned out that the stranger I talked to was my friend’s landlord, who now knows that my friend was lying about her pet being a service animal and is threatening eviction. FML

Today, after weeks of asking my neighbor nicely to pick up his dog’s crap out of the common area, I got fed up and reported him to the landlord and the city. He’s now been given two options; either get rid of his dog or move out. He’s now sworn revenge on me, even though he was the one being gross. FML

Today, my landlord told me they are making my building non-smoking. The main reason I moved to this old run-down building was it was cheap and I could smoke in my own home, since you can't find that anymore. Oh, they also just increased rent by 20%. FML

My asshole neighbors keep complaining about my sweet boy’s barking, meanwhile their bratty bastards are 10 times louder. It’s not fair. FML

I own several properties when a tenant ask for a pet doesn't matter if the landlord says no they typically go and get them anyway. I have a tenant now I'm in the process of evicting. I told them no when they asked for a dog. They went and got a dog and a cat. I use to allow one pet but I find tenants then get multiple pets. I had one tenant had a dog and 6 cats in a 1000 Sq ft apartment. other tenants called in the health department the smell was so foul. Evicted tenant there was over $6,000 in damages and 2 months lost rent to get rid of the smell. The phrase one person ruins it for everyone holds true.
