That's step 1. Step 2, find a solution.
If all you do is interrupt, nag and bitch, yeah it's definitely you. Realizing is the first step. Stick with it and maybe you can save your marriage. It's not going to be easy, if counseling isn't occasionally painful, it's not working.
That's amazing, if that happen with my last gf, she would have just made us change therapist and probably accused me of paying this one off.
The problem is obviously that your husband talks too much. He just needs to say, "Yes, dear" to everything you demand and then shut up and get to doing what you told him to do. That's the key for a good marriage. Right?
