Today, my live-in mother-in-law brazenly swiped most of the money from my wallet, then walked out of the room as if nothing had happened. The worst thing is that my wife believes anything she says, so I can't do a damn thing about it. FML

Go for Nanny cams all over your house your wife can't believe her mother if you have Video proof and if she get's mad at you for spying explain you had no choice sweeten the deal by saying you were going to get her something nice like a necklace but because Mommy dearest took your cash you couldn't and hopefully she'll talk to her mother about this and make it clear if this happens again mom will be on the street

My best friend had exactly this same problem. He installed spy cams, caught her in act, and showed his wife, who only yelled at him for spying on her mother. Short of it: They are divorced, and he has never been happier. (Icing on cake, mommy stole from sweet lil daughter later down road and now shes homeless). Moral of story: Don't put up with this kind of shit.

Keep your wallet in a secure place from the thieving bitch from now on. That is awful your wife doesnt believe you. And terrible your own family steals from you. My older brother would always steal my money and valuables and pawn them, until my dad finally kicked him out of the house, because he started stealing from my parents too. Or you could set up a sting and secretly videotape her stealing the bait.
