Today, while lifeguarding, I slipped and fell from my chair and onto the cement. Embarrassed and actually quite hurt, I tried to climb back up to the chair, but it tipped. I fell half onto the cement half into the pool, just before the chair landed on top of me. FML

If it's one of the massive white wooden lifeguarding chairs, FYL!! It doesn't sound of like it's your fault, those chairs should be secured. I hope you're okay.

Yea I'm really confused because if one of those things is wobbling around enough to tip OP out and then fall on her she'd probably be seriously injured, not to mention how there'd probably be several feet worth of chair in the pool. I can only assume she was guarding from a regular chair?
