Today, in the middle of a romantic walk through the park where we had our first date, my husband actually walked into a tree because he was looking at a woman who had sat down on the grass in such a position that he could see up her skirt. Very romantic of him, I must say. FML

OP, while that's not very nice of husband to be so distracted - It is sort of a heterosexual male tendency to notice things like that. A potential glimpse of the honey pot does get your attention... My wife tends to notice a man's crotch and check out the potential size of the package - So it's not a purely male preoccupation... While it's not very romantic, I would say that OP should cut hubby some slack on this if he's a good husband otherwise.

It's not that big of a deal as long as it isn't happening all the time. Women often dress in revealing ways and then get mad when men look. Boobs are distracting. Seeing up a skirt is distracting. It just is this way for guys. He probably wasn't thinking about cheating or anything like that. This doesn't make him a cheap unlike what some of the other comments said. You don't need to worry unless he never gives you any attention.
