Gotta be more to this situation. Perhaps your attempt broke your friends heart thus your friend couldn't take it anymore so she stepped out the picture. Only reasonable reason I can see why. I hope you fully recover from this.
To be fair, you did try to break ties with her (and everyone else) first. Don't kill yourself unless you are terminally ill. Life is constantly changing so things can get better or worse, but certainly different.
Anther possibility is your friend simply feels way out of their depth and literally asked professionals to step in to help you.. I'm sorry you lost that friendship but emotional and/or mental issues can easily be too much for others who are also struggling with their own demons. Please, if you can, stay in therapy and try to work on your mental health.
As someone who once did this, it was the end of a long cycle where this person refused to take care of themselves and get help, all while stealing from me and taking advantage of my kindness. I just could not handle the selfishness and abuse anymore. I kicked them out and cut ties. I genuinely did everything I could for them, but realized they didn't want to get better, only maintain the status quo of use and abuse.
