Red lipstick, concealer, foundation, sealant (and staying in the shade so you don’t sweat). If it can hide tattoos it can hide bruises and marks.
Go lightly dressed. You'll get pity from people who think you are being abused, and interest from others who know how you got those marks. It's good to have back-ups.
Try very light opaque fabric like a burqini if you decide to cover, or start muay thai if you want to show your arms and legs.
