snap a picture and call the cops. shooting it down could cost legal fees, and time off work. and possible jail time depending on where you live since firing a gun into the air is super unsafe in cities.

I'm wondering if the OP is married and his wife or kids like lay out and sunbathe in the back yard. if he does have kids and he flies the drone over when they are in the backyard, he can get him arrested for child ****. definitely time to call the cops
