japanese and singapour people eat a lot of rice everday, and they're among the people with the highest life expectancy... so as "the drifter" says, everything you eat is bad for your health, if you're not used to it or your diet is very unbalanced...
65. Rice doesn't have gluten in it, but you're right it is very healthy. Currently most people eat gluten 3-5 times a day which is the point, in 'ye olden days' that was not the case. Also it's possible that OP doesn't have an allergy but did have an intolerance of gluten/wheat and therefore would now be able to enjoy some without the negative consequences due to have excluded it for so long.
How is this an FML? YOU JUST DISCOVERED PIZZA!!!
did not know for the rice.... you have a point but "in the old days" people did not eat wheat in europe and in north africa ?
Welcome, we have been expecting you.
Strange, you can buy frozen gluten-free pizza in most supermarkets. You can eat gluten-free version of pretty much everything nowadays, it just costs more.
Well, at least you have pizza now.
Ah a whole new wonderful world has opened up for you :)
